Both of our full time goldsmiths, Dean and Jordan, appreciate the incredible sentimental value of each piece of priceless jewelry we repair, rescue or restore. They treat it like it was their wife’s, or mother’s, or grandmother’s.
We understand and respect that each and every piece of jewelry entrusted into our care is irreplaceable. Soon, when you leave an item for repair, you will receive a claim ticket complete with photo and description.

We now offer 3 day standard service on repairs and ring sizings under normal circumstances. For RUSH repairs, we have an Express Service available for same day or next day service at an additional charge.

Nothing is more frustrating than having to have something fixed a second (or third) time.
In the last year we have purchased cutting edge technology to aid in producing the highest quality repairs possible. The new laser welding machine allows us to repair items that were once "impossible" to repair. The new computer engraving machine allows us to engrave more items (including glass and crystal) in more styles than ever before. Both Dean and Jordan have taken continuing education in jewelry repair, diamond and gemstone setting and custom fabrication.
We have always offered a lifetime guarantee on our jewelry repairs. Obviously, we must exclude additional damage and normal wear and tear from the warranty, but if for any reason a repair doesn’t meet our customer’s expectations we will address the concern.
